Central Cataloging

CUNY's Central Cataloging unit is currently housed in Baruch's Newman Library.  Services provided by this group include:

  • Cataloging support for campus libraries, including standards and local best practices
  • Oversight of the bindery and book vendor contracts
  • Copy and original cataloging for campus libraries
  • Authorities maintenance
  • Aleph cataloging module support
