Two types of reports are available via this website:

1.  Sample Aleph reports

This list is comprised of several of the most often requested or regularly run Aleph reports.  Look here to find:

  • A brief description of each report
  • The filters on which it runs
  • The sub-library (i.e. CUN50) where the report resides in the Task Manager
  • A sample report for review

2.  Archived reports

Reports of interest to the broader CUNY community are archived on this site.  These reports are visible only to authenticated users. The available reports include:

  • CUNY-wide ebrary usage statistics
  • Several years of SFX annual usage statistics
  • The previous year's list of file names and system numbers for records batch loaded into Aleph
